Our pump “Giovanna” are the perfect companion for your office or for your special evenings. Handmade in Italy in pure silk painted by the famous painter Paola Zannoni in collaboration with the maison de couture OL JIMMY the painting represents “between Mystery and Magic”, they are highlighted with a pointed tip, on the upper part of the foot and around the ankle a silk scarf to support and adorn the foot. Balanced on a 105mm / 4.2″ high stiletto heel, a specialty of the OL JIMMY maison.
Shipping time
Those of our boutique designers who do not stock large quantities in their shops will be making your selections especially for you. Please note the estimated time of delivery and keep that in mind when ordering.
Warranties and Repairs
Our products are covered by the Designer’s guarantee which you will find on the Product page under the tab “Warranty”. Before ordering, please be sure to read and understand the warranty and make sure you are in agreement with it.
Return policy
We have a 15-day international return policy during which a Customer may return an item that is in re-sellable condition, unless otherwise agreed to prior to the return and at the Customer’s expense. We issue a return label for a free return across the United States and will cover costs for the return shipment to the manufacturer if the Customer’s claim is legitimate.
Re-sellable condition means the item looks new and in an unused condition and the protective covers, box and/or a dust bag are in good condition. During the 15-day return policy period, we advise Customers to keep the original packaging materials ready for possible return shipment. Items returned without the box, covers or dust bag will be considered damaged and will not be accepted.
